My complaint:
I came to the mcdonalds at 870 mass ave and because I dont have a car they refused to sell me Food because the manager said so….. i understand that we live in an area where there’s a bunch of Homeless people but there are some who take busses and need some breakfast.
Suggested solution:
Opening the doors to open and letting them order they food on the drive thru
