My complaint:

On Dec. 19, 2021, my family was on the way home to SC after visiting family in Miami, Florida. We stopped at the McDonald’s in Fort Pierce to have lunch and use the restroom. Access to the restrooms were blocked by trash cans and cones. When questioned why, the manager further stated that no toilet paper was available in the restrooms because people had been too messy. Further, We requested a cup for water with our lunch and the manager said she would sell us one for $1.07 but did not provide cups for water. Her attitude was very unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

Review company objectives with the manager and resume customer friendly relations with travelers.
