My complaint:

I went into lobby to order food due to drive thru line being extremely long. Upon attempting to pay they informed me that they only accepting cash and if I wanted to pay with card I would need to pay thru drive thru. That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard especially with covid times. We need to avoid as much contact as possible as money can hold a lot of germs. They could have taken my payment thru the same means as they were for drive thru

Suggested solution:

Honestly not sure what you can do at this point as I took my business to chik fil a. they are more efficient and friendlier than that establishment.
