My complaint:

I came from a night shit at work to get my food before bed ( I come there nearly every night so I spend A good portion of my money there and I was in the waiting bay got my order failed to check, who was supposed to be chocolate Sunday, large quarter pounder meal ,large sprite and a has brown as I got home I realised, I had the comleter wrong order. So I ring the local Kwinana McDonald at 4.32 am on Tuesday 9 March 9-3-2020 to explains my situation, I told the manager that I couldn’t come at that time so he suggested I come back the best day and get exact or der I just asked if i could get some sort of recognition for my inconvenience, so I I asked if I could please get just a meal for to but not exact order. The manger replied we don’t give had out so I said it ok for me to come home and not have my meal I didn’t care about try other customer that he had given my order to, and just simply told me “he doesn’t care and not his problem” as a chef for 8 years in hospitality the customer is always right, but in this case I felt like he couldn’t care Less

I should be given something for my inconvenience not asking for a free meal just another meal for 2!
