My complaint:

Was there a total of 45 minutes. Placed a mobile app and paid but didn’t revive my food after waiting 45 mins I left. I tried calling several times it was busy then next day and no one picks up! I tried knocking on the door to just get a refund or to find out where my food was but a lady locked the door and wouldn’t come out! This happen 12921 I have complained with corporate but this has still not been resolved, it’s been 5 days and way to long for someone from McDonalds to reach out to me and refund my money!
