My complaint:
Hi Sir or Madam
Last night I visited my local McDonalds store being Mundaring, when ordering I asked the girl at checkout with part of my order being 2 x Cheeseburgers could I have the burgers hot as on two previous visits they have been cold.
I came home with my order and again when I passed these to my husband he said they are stone motherless cold so I returned to the store and spoke with the Manager, 2 burgers were replaced and
I did wait a while, no sooner were they in my hand both of them again cold, I opened the burger to find the cheese not melted but that wasn’t my concern it was the patty, I said to the manager these are cold, he rudely said they’ve come off the grill and I watched them being prepared, so I said to him but they are cold and asked him to feel, he rudely said there’s nothing more I can do I’ve replaced your meal, so I said to him they aren’t edible and if I were to go home my husband will put them in the bin like the last two times, he couldn’t have cared less and I said to him best you put them in the bin and I’ll have my money back, saying how disappointed I was and won’t be coming back.
I felt he didn’t care at all and went about his duty.
I would like to ask someone of quality control to visit the store to see them selves being cheeseburgers surely this isn’t right or fair to customers, the food is not edible at all.
Just wanted to raise my concerns to someone who does care.
