My complaint:

I ordered from uber eats. Was short 5 small mcflurries. Rang the store and was given a code for get 5 large mcflurries and a meal free next time for drive thru or restaurant. I rang yday 21st june to ask for this code again. They advised they didnt have anything written down for 14th june. (i am presuming this is because i was given the wrong information before) A lady called Emma was to call me back but never did. I dont see why I should lose out because someone never bothered to write it down. I ordered food again 22nd by ubereats and again , chips and sauces were left out of my Happy meal. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a normal burger. I rang back to speak to emma again but she had gone home. Another guy who refused to give me his name said that I need to contact uber eats. This is a mistake that was made by your restaurant so I think its ridiculous I have to contact uber eats! This guy in your branch was extremely rude, patronising and spoke to me like a child. He said he was a manager but doubtful as he didnt even apologise for the mistake until I said it to him. I also asked for the General Managers name, he wouldn’t give it, I asked for the manager to call me back he said hes not allowed to ask him to call me. Again, these incidents are both made from your store but I have to contact uber eats. I really hope to hear from from a complaints department or manager.
