My complaint:
Ordered meals for myself and my family at drive-through.. use my rewards code for a free sandwich which I was charged for when I pointed that out on the receipt I was told there’s nothing that I can do about it… Fine so I got my food and I left upon getting home 15 minutes later only to find out while my daughter was eating her quarter pounder that it was all raw and pink in the middle and she had already ate half of the burger without noticing
Suggested solution:
I would like to be compensated for my families meal
