My complaint:

I pulled in to the drive-thru at 11:10 a.m. A car pulled into the drive-thru next to me got helped first person asks me if I’m using the app they said no I’m trying to place an order what would you like I sent the sausage biscuit bundle he turns to somebody and starts talking to them I can hear over the intercom he proceeded to ask me what I wanted again I said the sausage biscuit bundle both times it was on the screen both times he took it off and asked me again what I wanted and said I can’t get that it’s past 11:00 the only menu on the board was the breakfast menu they all start arguing over the intercom somebody else finally came on the intercom and ask me what I wanted I responded I’ve placed my order twice already she replied what are you looking for I said somebody knows what’s going on and left with no food

Suggested solution:

Train your help correctly before trying to let them help a customer when they fully don't know what's going on
