McDonalds complaint: Poor service yet again

My complaint:

Ordered a double hamburger. Recieved a double cheeseburger. Lactose intolerant. Drive through only. Had to spend 20 minutes going back thru. Asked for a coupon for free meal for major inconvenience. Was told all I get is a sorry. Excuse me, what does sorry fix.

Suggested solution:

An apology for both the service and unprofessional handling along with my next meal or 2 on you. This is a continuous problem at any of your stores. This is my first time contacting you.
