My complaint:

As per subject above, i would like to complaint regarding my purchase of the Chocolate Brownie McFlurry.

On 22nd December 2020 around 1.50pm, i have bought Chocolate Brownie McFlurry at Times Square what make me disappointed and dissatisfied is about the brownies that there giving is too little, 5 pieces of brownies which among the 5 pieces there are 3 pieces of smaller size ( half of the other sizes).

For your information, i have bought this ice cream many times but this is my first time i got a little brownies like this and for this place I have bought 3 times with different staff and this is the 3rd time.

I have informed this to the staff but the answer make me surprised as she told me that this is an instruction from McDonald’s management. If what she said is true, why did it not happen before.

My purpose in making this complaint is that this situation has happened, it has contradicted the mission and vision of McDonald’s, which is brand mission, brand promise and our values which can be seen on the in McDonald’s Malaysia official website.

I hope that this matter can be given due attention because it can affect the reputation of McDonald’s in future and I also hope that other customers do not get the service or purchase that I received today.

I would like to thank you for your time and I really appreciate your concern.

Note I also have attached proof of my purchase and a picture of the Chocolate Brownie McFlurry that i received.
