My complaint:
There was one member of staff working , cooking food , serving customers I was waiting there for around 5 minutes without your member of staff even acknowledging I was there then when it came to ordering the member of staff was very rude and abrupt not a pleasant nor pleasurable visit to mc Donald’s also even after a 15 minute wait my chips were cold
Suggested solution:
Some sort of compensation for cold food and lack of customer service and rudeness
