McDonalds complaint: Poor service and order not right

My complaint:

This is on going now it’s been three times I have been through drive through an the first time fries we’re half full an my cheeseburger was not mad right no pickles and ketchup on outside of bun. Second time through drive through was for my grandchildren I ask for 2 nugget happy meals an 2 cheeseburger Wrong again no happy meals nuggets and drink that’s it. And now third time Drive through sat at speaker in double drive-through wile 5 cars went ahead of me I tooted my horn no response but they had just served the cars in front of me I said hello a few times (nothing ). So I drove up to window. And asked why no one had taken my order at the speaker again no response just stared at me So I had to ask if she was going to take my order she hesitated and then took my order meanwhile the lineup is getting longer. So I get my order an go home 2 min drive I open the bag and my fries are half full and the Burgers looked like my 5year old grandson had made them then again he Probably would do a better job .( Just being honest ) that was 4 cheeseburger and a Big Mac fries also my pop was 80% ice . No photos because I didn’t now photos were an options Now I do

Suggested solution:

Better trained management staff there is no reason any one should have to wait 15 min in drive though from speaker to window . Honestly should do away with Double drive through it Doesn’t work sen to many arguments at the double speaker.

More supervision in kitchen
More visits from franchise to verify that restaurant is in Compliance
