My complaint:
Yesterday we attended this location. We ordered 3 ice cream cones. Took our money, when we got to pickup window we were told ice cream machine wasn’t working properly and we would have to take it in a cup as it was too soft to go in a cone. This was impossible as we were driving. We had already paid our money so had to take it. The cashier said the machine hadn’t been working for months and we should file a complaint. My question why were we not told they couldn’t make a cone before taking our money? I feel this is unsatisfactory service
