My complaint:
I didn’t grab my Coke drink I wanted and my burger was looking terrible. Not much ketchup, pickles and onions and no mustard. I usually get good service, but at that McDonald’s, not anymore. They need better staff and management and I left angrily without my Coke because they were too busy with other customers and the cashier was getting other people drinks, but not mine. Not fair. I’ll never return again ever! I’m taking my burger business somewhere else.
Suggested solution:
Make sure people get their orders right and they have what they need.
