My complaint:
I went to the McDonald’s drive though in a taxi that cost me nearly £20 to get there and be told they are not serving food because they are cleaning the grill and all the other grills was broken so they only have one grill I find this very hard to believe anyway I went back home in my taxi with no food I then rang up rice lane McDonald’s and asked is anything could be done about this as I have just spend £20 on a taxi to get to a 24 hour McDonald’s to then be told they can’t serve me any food and could only serve me drinks I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager so I then asked what was going to be done about this as I have waisted my money on a taxi for nothing he then put the phone down and will not answer the phone to me this is really unprofessional and not fair as I have waisted money on a taxi for nothing and it is also false advertisement 24 hour McDonald’s but isn’t serving food if they are not serving food they should not be open or advertised as 24 hours
Suggested solution:
I would like to be able to go back to. The McDonald’s and get some food but free of charge as I have got to now pay another taxi back when they are serving food again when they have cleaned the grill I have gotta pay 2 taxis to get my food not on at all I would like some free food or my £20 I have spent on a taxi to get to the 24 hour McDonald’s what would not serve me food because they have no clean grills and the other ones are broken completely ridiculous if you ask me the manager was so unprofessional and had not helped me at all and now will not even answer the phone terrible customer service!!!!
