My complaint:
This has happened more than once, recently at that. I love the steak n onion bagel NO EGG, I was so disappointed to open the wrapper and see the bagel very burnt, not even a half of slice of cheese was on it, I truly could not see the amazing onions, or get even a taste of them. I understand short staff, price increases, pay raises. But come on its not affordable these days to eat out, then get this!! Very 😡 upset
Suggested solution:
I tried calling several times I only got a busy signal, then hr later a worker answered, said were busy call back, hmmm n hung up,
