My complaint:
I pulled to the speaker to order a number 1 with no pickle with a large coke , the girl had a hispanic accent and she kept saying you want a big mac no pickle and a large coke I repeated myself 5 times I wanted a 1 she said ok I will get my manager to change it. When I pull to the window to get my food, the guy says you have a big mac no pickle and a large coke I said no I have a number 1 with a large coke, he charges me $9 gives me my food, I drive home (5 minutes) from this location.. My drink is not a coke, it tastes like a Mr Pibb, my big mac had 3 burgers on it, the bun was burnt, and the fries cold and old. Plus I had to ask for napkins WOW what is wrong with McDonalds anymore. I tried to call management but no answer on the phone, if it wasnt raining hard I would drive back up there. I didnt know it would ask for pictures I fed the burger to my dog!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Give my money back I will not return to that McDonalds again.
