McDonalds complaint: Order mess up

My complaint:

We went to mcdonalds hengrove,obviously through drive thru,which we had to cue to get served parked up to check order relised cheese burger was missing so then had to cue again whilst all rest of our over £30 worth of food getting cold,then we get home to relise another meal was missing.obviously im not happy so rang them was told to go back AGAiN,so that also ment my husbands food going even colder,because that is the 3rd time of having to cue no apolagy not vey good manners whilst on phone,as you can imagine this is not very good to happen twice on same order.i understand there busy because of only the drive thru open.but this is not the first time ive had this at the hengrove branch.im a family of 6 so you can imagine what we spend on our orders.i think the staff needs to learn there manners theres enough staff over there to do there job properly,i am very annoyed

Suggested solution:

Learn your staff that by us using mcdonald we pay there wages.they need to use better manners and do there job properly instead of keep messing orders up.as i already mentioned theres always alot of staff over there so these things shouldnt be happening
