McDonalds complaint: Order incomplete

My complaint:

This is the second time in as many weeks that my order has been wrong i ordered 2 chicken legends
And 2 large french fries.i waited in drive through for approx 10 mins, while the staff stood talking.i moved my car forward as there was other people waiting behind me. I checked my order to find no chips in it. I had to park up and go inside to complain. They gave me the chips.
Also the week before i ordered the same thing from south normanton but didnt check until i got home where there was only one portion of chips instead of 2. When i have paid for 2 portions Service is terrible

Suggested solution:

The orders are on a board for the staff to look at but obviously they are not checking
They need to be looking what they are doing, instead of laughing and joking.
Money is hard to come by and i cannit afford to keep being short changed in the food i have ordered.
Its time this problem was rectified
