My complaint:

went thought he drive through… Employee was talking to other employees. When I pulled up i said he should have said THANKYOU…. Drove up to the pick up window and cashier Kenyatta came to the window and confronted me… Asked me what I said and I told him he should have said thankyou and he proceeded to say he would be off at 11:00 pm and would meet me in the parking lot. This went on for a period then I asked for the manager and asked how a McDonald’s employee threatening me at the pickup window would be handled (with multiple McDonald’s witnesses). When she didn’t have an answer I asked for her name Gabriela R and the store owners name Sandy Taylor…. Kenyatta left his register and came to the pickup window to threaten physical violence and to meet him after his shift because I questioned his customer service of not acknowledging me at the window ………………. Unacceptable, Dangerous, and your night manager had no clue how to de-escalate and let Kenyatta go back to his register.
