My complaint:
This happened on 04.04.2022 at Bathinda location at McDonald’s. The restaurant had a board of 24hrs open, but we’re even not open by 9:15, which is unexpected. Upon asking, they said they’re closed and will open up in 10 minutes. But even then, it was not followed.
Suggested solution:
Apart from good food, we expect impeccable timing which was not followed. So, McDonald's should always open on time and not mislead people by showing a 24hrs board.
