My complaint:
I went to McDonald’s late@night around 1:30 a.m. the line was extremely long so we had to wait a while to get up to the window to receive our order which I completely understood had no problem doing. I get up to the window and the employee was rude the entire time. He just had attitude throughout the whole interaction seemed super annoyed to have to help us.
He gives me my drinks hands me a bag of food and looks at the car behind us says next. no thank u or nothing. So I’m assuming we r done at this point I drive home. I get home to realize he only handed me a bag with 2 apple pies a order of fries and I’m missing my 3mcchickens my 10piece nuggets. so at this point I’m annoyed drive back to mcdonalds and of course the line is still extremely long so I pull up to the window off to the side tell him I never received my entire order I tell him the items I am missing.
He rolls his eyes at me continues tells me sorry u need to get in line in order 4 me to help u. I told him I’m not waiting in line again to get the remainder of my order that u never gave me. so I continue to sit off to the side of the window where he hands out the orders thinking he will get it together I’ll just hop out of the car in a minute when he tells me he has it. boy was I wrong.
Instead another car pulls out of the drive thru line gets behind me and now they can’t go around me because I’m in the way. so just as I’m about to put my car in drive and move out of the way here comes a cop walking up to my car getting a attitude with me for not moving out of the way fast enough at this point I’m so freaking annoyed. I move my car up to the 3rd window that the cop decides to lecture me on as the correct window to wait at.
So I sit there at that window for 15minutes hoping by now he has got the remainder of my food and my order ready. I sat there the whole time waiting not once did he bring me my order..come to say I’m sorry abt that or it will just b a few more minutes. he didn’t do nothing could care a less. so I end up leaving mcdonalds with nothing other then I paid for a bunch of food I never received and got nothing in return but attitude a lecture from cop. thanks mcdonalds. outstanding customer. service

He needs to b fired or no longer work the drive thru. (they told me the next day they borrowed him from another store cuz he\'s the only one who knows how 2 speak english) he might know English but he don\'t know shit abt customer service or how to not get overwhelmed. I just want my food I paid for and never got.
