My complaint:

Hello I am very sad to say this would be my second complaint to this particular location. But my third experience that has been horrible within the last few months. Last time I complained about their breakfast burritos and I’m complaining again about the breakfast burritos. I figured I would try again since I spoke to somebody on my last complaint but it hasn’t changed. These burritos are hard as a rock on each end soft in the middle but they look like they’re two days old the cheese smells weird. And they were extremely flat like somebody flatten them. Now I used to come here all the time for breakfast and I used to get other stuff but never ever had issues like I have lately there. I feel that the people there the customer service isn’t the greatest except for one lady that excepts the money and takes your orders through the drive-through she’s amazing I’ve actually gone inside the place to place an order and I’ve had to wait 10 minutes before someone comes to the counter their whole focuses on the drive-through. No I completely understand if they don’t have enough help but there was more than enough people there. I’m not sure who the manager is but they need to be demoted because I feel like there’s no direction there nobody’s checking stuff and I hope I’m not the only one that’s complaining because the food is horrible. I bought an eight dollar meal two burritos a hash brown and a sweet tea so basically I bought an eight dollar sweet tea because it was the only thing that was good. You definitely need to speak to these people because my last complaint obviously nothings been said because it’s the same old hard food

You’re asking me how you should solve this complaint? I was a manager for 22 years and I have never seen a place that is not in the coordinates of where they should be. Definitely needs to be more organization on how they make their food and not rush. I get through the drive-through extremely fast there which is fine if my food was good but in the past I had to wait a little bit just to get through the drive-through because I knew the food was fresh. So I feel that they’re rushing to fast just to get people out of the way they’re not taking the time to make their customers feel like what they’re getting is worth their money so customer service definitely need to work on and whoever’s working on their stations need to focus a little bit better on representing better food to their customers because that is not what I’m seeing. I sent a couple photos. Not sure how many you got. But the burrito you can obviously see is flat the cheese at the top is extremely hard as a rock I know that’s hard to see through a picture but believe me it’s hard as a rock
