My complaint:
I found a piece of metal,about the size of a AAA Battery in the bottom of my cup;thankfully it fell off the spoon back in the cup before I could swallow it.I took ot back to the McDonald’s and spoke with the manager,she apologized and was very pleasant.I was refunded my money.I’m not writing this to get anyone fired,just to be cautious and be careful. Thank God I’m ok.
Suggested solution:
I don't know exactly how this work,it's never happened to me before,I don't eat at McDonald's a lot,so I don't want any free food, maybe a little compensation for my experience.
