My complaint:

I have an arch card that isn’t working because it probably got demagnetized with my other cards. I used a deal through the app and tried to pay at kiosk and register but card won’t read. They told me that there was nothing I could do. So I guess I just lose out on the remaining 6-7 bucks on my gift card. I’m homeless so I don’t have an address to send a replacement. To top it off, now since I attempted to use a deal already I couldn’t go back and try to order and pay with cash because it says I already used a deal, which I didn’t since it didn’t go through. I’ll spend my money somewhere else since I can’t use arch card or deal therefore don’t have enough cash to pay.
