My complaint:

I came to the drive thru at McDonald’s on Beasley rd Jackson ms on two occasions starting Friday September 25 2020 around 10:23 -11:15 no later than 12:00am and attempted to order food but I was very uncomfortable to order because the drive thru was long and it was at high risk of covid 19 exsposure No mask no kind of protection And it was several handheld babies and several adult individuals running in and out of the front door at the McDonald’s on Beasley rd I Also came to McDonald’s on beasley rd Jackson ms on Saturday 10:55 thru no later than 11:30 to be close it was 11:07 i started placing my order and I told her I wanted A mcchicken sandwich and a small fry and a strawberry shake And a apple pie she said Ughhhh we ain’t got no ice cream cuz the ice cream machine down and I understand because of mechanical issues that occur frequently Because of constant usage and I said ok no problem and she said (Ughhh we out of apple pies And I said man y’all out of everything ughhhh and she said hold on let me ask she yelled up to the front To the manager with no effort of turning off the mic to ask did they have apple pies and someone responded and told the young lady they was old i was like really shocked I was left speechless Then I said ok I have a second order the order taker told me that ughhh we can’t do no second order because we only got two people in the store And I also understand that but I said can we add it on the first order? She replied and said well look I can take yo second order . I said I wanted 6 mcchicken and a pack of chocolate chip cookies she told me to pull forward without a total. I pulled forward she told me both totals and I payed for the food I asked (was everything In the bag ) she said yeah and I asked Twice the young lady who seemed to take my order because she was taking orders from the drive thru on front counter I pulled off and the immediately checked for my cookies and they was not in the bag so I turned behind the car who was recieving their order the customer pulled off and I pulled forward and I told her i believe u forgot My cookies out my bag she said ( (ughhh I placed them cookies in the bag and I know I did) I told her no mam it’s not in the bag and she said I put them in the bag and I said well mam can I pay for two more packs of cookies and she can keep the second pack she replied and told me ain’t no add on at the window I have to go back around I did not want to back in the long line so I left

I feel like the manager should be informed and properly trained as how to handle those type of situations
