My complaint:
At 22.28 on 3122021 I ordered 1 x 20piece nuggets, chilli cheese burger meal and a chilli cheese burger. The order was placed via drive thru and we were one of the last few cars to be served before closing.
When leaving the drive thru I did ask if the sauce was in packet and the lady ed same. When arrived at home, my son advises that no sauce was in the packet. The following day I went to Mcdonalds at Chatsworth centre I explained to the cashier of what transpired she then referred me to Wiseman who mentioned he is the store manager. he said he cannot help me because they are a different company which was a laugh to me and he said I need to go to Central Durban if I required the sauce. ( what a joke ). I then asked him if i can purchase the sweet and sauce sauce, which I eventually did and it roughly took the staff at Chatsworth to handover 4 x sauces 10 minutes. my son eventually enjoyed his day old nuggets. Receipt attached.
Suggested solution:
Due to staff not being helpful at Chatsworth Mcdonalds although I had proof of receipt, i would like the same order once again so that it can be enjoyed fresh. Also Durban Central Mcdonalds should learn to manage customer service more efficiently when nearing to closing time.
