My complaint:
I decided to go in today to sit and eat with the kids. I started to order my food and before I was done part of my food was in a bag waiting for me. The rest of the food took about 30 minutes and it was not all there. Mind you that all the employees there were standing around hitting each other in the rear end and giving each other the googoo eyes. It felt like I was in high school with a bunch of hormonal teenagers. When I finally got the rest of my food, I sat down and my food that I asked for freshly made my filet o fish with xtra tartar on the side and got a cold fish on a hard roll with no tartar. An employee was walking in from taking a drive thru order and I asked her for a manager. She stated she was the manager and I told her the situation about the hard and cold food and she took the food and went to the back and started cussing at the employees that if a customer asks for a fresh made fish she wants it fresh made using words that shouldn’t be repeated. I went and sat down waiting for my sandwich again and after waiting another 15 minutes I went back and asked for my food and no one knew what happened to it because yet again they all were too busy greeting friends and dating each other at the drive thru. I finally got them to make me a fish sandwich and I sat down to eat but my fries were cold from sitting there waiting for the rest of my food that I ended up taking a bite and throwing it away. I think this location has been the worse location I have ever visited in my life. I will no longer be visiting this location and I sure hope some accountability is taken for what I went through.
Suggested solution:
I should have gotten my money back and my food should have been made to order.
