My complaint:
My husband has been on a feeding tube since April. The doctor finally said he could drink shakes. Every morning after his infusions we head to Mcdonalds to get him a shake.
First day last week we went to Mcdonalds on E. Coliseum. It was broken then went to New Haven theirs was broken. Friday we went to the one on Dupont it’s broken. This morning we tried the brand new one on Stellhorn. Sorry it’s broken. Are these just excuses because they don’t want to fill them or clean them? I finally bought ice cream and we’ll make him shakes at home. Tired of driving around looking for a McDonalds that works. This sounds like a frivolous complaint but when you haven’t eaten since April it would be nice to have a strawberry or chocolate shake.
Suggested solution:
Fix the machines or have employees do their job by cleaning and filling them
