My complaint:
Hello I’m Liberty Sullivan. My husband and I are always have our lunch at McDonald everytime we go to clifford Shopping Centre.
Today, David the Manager served me and he has no manners, we ordered our usual food, then I’ve waited for our drinks. I noticed nobody made our drinks, so I went and inquire about it then he didn’t give the serviettes and straw in a nice way. Its like half threw it infront of me.
Before that, there was a lady was mad and giving them critics.
Our favourite girl who is LILLY wasn’t there today, she is so nice, well mannered girl.
I hope you can fix this problem.

Suggested solution:
I would like to resolve the complaint by giving or teaching good manner as a MANAGER. Even he has bad mood, he should not the it to his job place. Thank you.
