My complaint:

My bag was stollen whist on the premise and no one would help me I explained to member of staff I had everything in it bank cards £230 in cash and my medication and I lost everythink and all I wanted them to do was help me I rang ploice give statement and got a crime num but the staff did not help me at all so I have to go two weeks now without money and food cos McDonald’s wouldn’t give me time or day to help find who stole my bag and il never go BK in there ever again think it’s discuttcting

Suggested solution:

Well because off there none help in finding out who stole my bag and all I had to live on for two weeks they could rein burst me cos there behavoiur in helping me was absolutely descustiing
