My complaint:
i did a mobile order for caramel frappe and nuggets they stated the store no longer carries frappe coffees just iced and hot i asked if it was able to be refunded she stated no all she could do was offer a different drink i asked if i can use a reward again to get a different item but i was unable to due to using the coffee reward. i was not happy.
Suggested solution:
update the system so i wont order something thats not actually on the menu! i would like to get my frappe but seems i cant due to no machine at all at the store per management
