My complaint:
Returned to London Liverpool st Macs and surprised to see the refurbed store no seating no cash exchanged self serve no interaction with staff no seating inside (safe distance)number called no. Thanku or please just put on the counter.
A strange experience
When working in London on major project it was a pleasant experience to start your day have breakfast set for the day ahead with work colleges
