My complaint:

I just wanted to share my experience that I had with one of your restaurants this morning.

I drove through at Berwick South Vic, McDonalds.

I ordered three bacon and egg mcmuffin meals, with medium soy flat whites, and two extra hash browns. I scanned my 20% off code in my app, but upon returning home and viewing my receipt, my discount was not applied.

They also forgot one of my hash browns and gave me full cream milk instead of soy (which I paid extra for) and were also extremely rude in drive-through.
