My complaint:
I just placed an order with McDonalds in Small Heath via Uber Eats and the coke and fries were missing. This branch of McDonalds is totally pathetic and always getting our order wrong.
We are fed up with the bad service. My partner called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who started shouting down the phone and insulting us. The manager at this branch is a total waste of space he never tries to correct the situation all he does is hide behind the app and blame them.
This was such a simple order and they still managed to get it wrong like a bunch of retards.
I want you to compensate us for this appalling service.
