My complaint:
I am fed up of getting a plain milkshake every time I order a banana one. I complain and get a refund but that is not what I want. Part of my meal is missing and it spoils my enjoyment every time. Such a simple thing should be easy for your staff.
Suggested solution:
Train your staff to read orders properly and offer compensation for getting it wrong.
