McDonalds complaint: Meat was raw

My complaint:

On Sunday 13 June 2021 my wife and I entered West Ryde McDonalds about 1.45pm for a meal. We placed our order which was 2x medium Quarter pounder meals, we paid $23.70 by EFTPOS and the station printed a receipt and our order number 157.
We waited for a while as it was quite busy. Upon opening my quarter pounder I immediately saw the meat patty around the edges was raw. I showed it to my wife and took the raw burger to the counter.
I notified the counter staff and she advised me she will replace my burger with a cooked one. no apology was tendered. I waiter patiently for a further 10 minutes in which time my wife had finished her meal and also complained her burger was cold, she only ate her meal because she was so hungry .
At the 12th minute my burger wasn’t ready, I was disappointed, angry my fries stone cold, ice had melted in my drink, I was so upset I couldn’t eat at that point. I took my my fries and drink untouched back to the counter and advised them they could keep it as I was too upset to eat. .What’s the point if I couldn’t enjoy a meal with my wife at the same time. Just then a quarter pounder comes, I said I was to upset , it took too long. my wife and I left the store about 2.20 pm disappointed

Suggested solution:

I know the store was busy but at no time a supervisor team leader or manager came to apologize or to rectify the situation. It felt very impersonal and we felt ripped off.
We will not be going to that store again.
