My complaint:

I originally went to Hadleigh drive through and ordered a bacon roll meal with cappuccino.
I spoke to the girl at the window who gave me my coffee said thank you and she shut the window.
I drove off completely forgetting they had not given me bacon roll.
I intended to eat my roll about 10 mins further down the road…. When I stopped I realised I he didn’t have my roll and it was too far to return.
I could easily stop on the a13 stanford by pass and tell them and they would replace.
No luck… The manager ADI refused to give me a roll and said that I didn’t order it from his branch I said no but I would not be going to Hadleigh again and he should replace it he told me to leave and got very aggressive when I asked for his name… He had no name badge, he said his name was ADI but refused his surname and said I should leave aggressively.
