My complaint:
I recently was in this location and witnessed a employee being treated in a humiliatingly way by the general management. She was called upon by the general management in front of staff and CUSTOMERS in the lobby. This type of behavior is out of line on so many levels! I felt very bad for employee and shared words of compassion with her! Something needs to be done about this. Apparently this happens frequently at this location
