Ordered a Large White Coffee at Mc Donald’s Cross Hands Llanelli tonight only to find that the cup was half full and not very nice. Complaining to the girl at the Service Hatch who also didn’t ask if I wanted Sugar or give a reciept which they are supposed to do, she told the Manager on shift at about 20.30 and he came and said rudely “what’s wrong with it pal”. He wasn’t pleasant or friendly and said “All his coffees were correct and nothing was wrong with it “. I asked him politely for another one and he refused. I said I was going to complain to Head Office and he said “go for it pal” and goodbye.
They should honour the customers wishes and provide another cup. They should not be rude or balshy towards customers and understand that things go wrong and that their coffee machines do half fill on occasions. I also advise further training for the Assistant at the Service Hatch and also advise that the manager be retrained in Customer Care and Service Standards
