My complaint:
I frequently go to this location because it is close to my home. I can honestly say that the people who work at this location need serious training in customer service. They are very rude. They answer at the drive through with order when ready! the tone of their voice makes you feel very uncomfortable and like you are bothering them… I recently had an encounter with Jayden at this location which was really bad…There is not one bit of friendliness…The managers are very poorly trained. They are frequently out of many items and their standard answer is we dont have any…So unprofessional. No effort to be kind or considerate….I honestly dont think anything will addressed here but I just needed to let you know how disappointing it is to be treated this manner every time you go here.
Suggested solution:
Clean house.....Bring people in who enjoy what they do and enjoy working with people.
