My complaint:
We as a family of 7 went to the clacton on sea store this evening at approximately 17:00hrs to be fronted by a lady called kirstey to be told they have no tables even if we split into 2 groups she was dam right abrupt and rude
Suggested solution:
Maybe train better in customer service or employ people who want to work in the job they do
