My complaint:
Every time I go to McDonald’s in Wakefield they give me the wrong food. Missing items and items made wrong. Today I ordered 2 strawberry shakes, 10 piece chicken nugget meal, four Hamburghers, two fries and a double fish plan no cheese sandwich. What I received was 10 piece chicken nugget meal, 4 hamburghers, 2 shakes and a regular fish sandwich with cheese on it. I brought the mistakes to there attention and the manager told me that I was charged for a regular fish sandwich and that it I wanted the double fish sandwich that I needed to get back in line and reorder it. The fries where never put on the order. This is just one incident that has happened there.
Suggested solution:
They should have corrected their mistake at the window. I did not know the sandwich had cheese on it until I was home. If they had corrected their mistake they would have notice that the sandwich had cheese on it as well. The order taker needs to be retrained to listen to the order and make sure it is correct, and not to be in such a hurry to get people through the line.
