My complaint:

This is a very disturbing incident that happened about 3 to 4 weeks ago my daughter and I went through the drive through at the Moreland Newnan exit .At the first window where you pay for your order the girl was rude and also used foul language when she didnt agree with me as a customer so we went on to the window you recieve your food where the manager on shift a black lady with short hair with blond in the tips came to the window stating she was the manager and ask what the issue was when we addressed it she became angry at us refused to give us corporate numbers also using foul language with us when she walked away i was in tears with total disbelief at what i was experiencing .Then another young black man or boy rather approached busted out laughing and announced to everyone of his co workers that i was crying my daughter exchanged some words with him and at this point i probably did as well. After that all of the workers decided they wanted to join in on the harrassment and all were using foul language cussing .As i was pulling away from the drive window all employees came running out into the parking lot attempting to pursue my truck one black lady running up to the window as if she were to punch it the rest of her co workers in tow to help her .At this point we were fortunate that the windows were up and doors locked or theres no telling what these employees would have done or how far they would have went.I will personally not choose to visit any Mcdonalds anymore after time to think about what actually took place ….We were refused any corporate numbers. After realizing that this was definetly a lawsuit against the chain i took a stand and today im filing the complaint. This should be a valuable lesson to the food chain to be more mindful of who they employ and what they may be capable of.I have never in my 49 years ever been so humiliated ,upset, violated ,or seen or heard of anything like this.I MYSELF BEING A SERVER FOR 15 YEARS…….

Suggested solution:

I couldnt say anything that i think would resolve this other than screening potential workers better ,have management follow up reviewing tapes of shift employees.I think i should be compensated for this experience and all employees involved in this incident fired immediately effective.
