My complaint:
Every visit I have had missing items from my order. I have recorded every visit (17) of them and (14) were wrong based on what I ordered.
I have submitted complaints on numerous visits without any response from the location nor corporate headquarters.
It’s like not a single person cares about their customers. The complaints may be miniscule compared to actual customer count but at the end of the day, I am still a customer.
I have formed a forum to take action against McDonald’s with it’s sole purpose is to drive traffic away from this location.
Change requires action. I assume that’s not within their capabilities.
Suggested solution:
Hold people accountable within the food prep process and double check standard with every meal.
