My complaint:
My son ordered a delivery the order was incomplete 2 fries were missing and food was cold. This is the second time this has happened. I have tried several times since the order was delivered to contact the store directly but the phone is going unanswered. My son was able to catch the delivery driver who said there was nothing he could do about it
Suggested solution:
It would have been helpful if someone had answered the phone and if the right order was delivered and food was hot .
