My complaint:
On December 26th 2022, I went to the Boulder McDonalds, I ordered a Quarter Ponder with Cheese only Ketchup, Mayo and Onion and a Fresh Fry. The fries were fine, however, the Quarter Ponder with Cheese had Shredded Lettuce instead of Onion. At this location, there are alot of employees that dont understand English, which is fine, but if you are charging 6 dollars for a sandwich and the person on the assembly line does not know the difference between shredded lettuce and slivered onions. Please either have those employees go through an English Class or do not hire them.
Suggested solution:
Please give me my money back and do better for your employees even when they dont understand English. This is just ridiculous, since this is about the 4th time that this has happened.
