My complaint:
We got the indians box (big Mac) when we got it home, (not even 5 minutes away) the french fries were brown cold and very greasy I called and i could tell by the voice it was a black girl. She answered the phone to begin with as Hello I said is this mcdonalds she said yes so I proceeded to explain about the french fries. She gets all nasty and says I prepared the box. Im the one who put the fries down and put them in the box. I said well these french fries no one can eat, they are brown,cold and greasy. She raised her voice and got very nasty and said I know there was nothing wrong with them because I made them. I said I will just call tomorrow and talk to a manager, then I just decided to tell her I would call corporate. Im not sure of her name but she was very nasty over the phone and I just didnt think to ask her name. I always have trouble at that mcdonalds location, the people that work there are not very clean and have no manners at all. This happened on Nov 22, 2020 at 1:45 p.m.
Suggested solution:
I think all of those employees need to go to an attitude seminar and a manager should have a conversation with all of them. Also I think I deserve a refund for the whole box and an apology from that employee. I didnt take a picture of the food, I was very upset when I hung up with that girl, I just throw it all in the trash.
