My complaint:
I placed an order through DoorDash. when I received my order it was missing the large order of fries and the filet of fish had tarter sauce about the size of a dime. This is by far nowhere near my first issue with this store. About 2 out of 5 times they get my order wrong. I have even had a cheeseburger placed inside my Big Mac container a few weeks ago. The problem doesn’t end there. The quality of the prep of the food is horrible also. The burgers have been sloppy or as in the case of the filet of fish no condiments on them hardly at all. This store has had major issue for over 20 yrs. Its why i do my best to never visit this store. When you make a complaint you always get an attitude to go with it.
Suggested solution:
Get someone in this store to do a complete turnaround. From management down to the last employee needs to have their job seriously in jeopardy. Needs to be inspected by corporate because this store is ruining your brand!
